Job Summary

As Prodege's senior expert in advanced research design and methodology, the full-time remote Senior Technical Researcher will turn complex business questions into sound research solutions, collaborating with clients to design studies that yield clear, defensible recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business and research questions into effective research designs, ensuring methodological soundness and data quality
• Lead the research process from client discovery through study design, interpretation, and actionable recommendations
• Advance research capabilities by identifying and applying emerging methodologies and advanced analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in designing and leading quantitative market research, including complex custom engagements
• Deep expertise in advanced research methodologies such as segmentation, MaxDiff/conjoint, and experimental design
• Proven ability to articulate research strategies and findings to senior clients, translating complex concepts into clear business implications
• Strong working knowledge of statistics, sampling, weighting, and research data quality
