Job Summary

Owning the top-of-funnel strategy for technical recruitment, the full-time Senior Technical Sourcer will engage in deep talent research, build diverse candidate pipelines, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical roles across various domains
• Conduct deep talent research and market mapping to identify niche technical candidates
• Write personalized outreach that effectively engages potential candidates

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company
• Mastery of sourcing research techniques and tools, including boolean and x-ray search
• Proven success in managing multiple high-urgency technical searches simultaneously
• Fluency in technical skill sets relevant to AI/ML, data science, or security engineering
• Data discipline with the ability to track and report on sourcing metrics effectively
