Senior Technical Sourcer

Job Summary

Focused on identifying and attracting exceptional talent across Engineering, AI, Data, Product, and Design, the full-time Senior Technical Sourcer will develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines to enhance hiring quality and speed in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for high-priority searches across various technical domains
• Transform ambiguous hiring needs into clear search hypotheses and talent maps
• Utilize market intelligence to identify and engage exceptional candidates beyond traditional pools

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience sourcing competitive technical and/or product talent
• Proven ability to independently build talent markets and develop outreach strategies
• Strong talent judgment with the ability to differentiate exceptional candidates
• Experience operating across multiple technical talent markets, particularly in Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Product, or Design
• Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms and talent intelligence tools, with preference for Gem experience
