Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Senior Technical Support Engineer, the candidate will provide expert technical support for electromagnetics simulation tools, troubleshoot complex signal integrity issues, and guide customers through simulation processes to ensure effective use of the software.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Ansys AEDT, HFSS, SIwave, and related simulation tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve signal integrity, power integrity, and crosstalk issues in design workflows
- Document product issues, collaborate with product development, and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Ansys HFSS, SIwave, or similar simulation platforms
- Working knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and related analysis techniques
- Experience with PCB, package, or connector design workflows
- Familiarity with microwave fundamentals and S-parameters
