Senior Technical Trainer
Job Summary
To support safe and efficient natural gas operations, the full-time Senior Technical Trainer will develop, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs, providing both classroom and hands-on instruction while managing compliance and curriculum development remotely and onsite in Jefferson Hills, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical training materials and schedules for new-hire and recurring training, including Operator Qualification evaluations
- Administer the Absorb 360 Learning Management System to track and document employee training and compliance requirements
- Conduct field inspections and evaluations to assess employee knowledge and adherence to safety and operational procedures
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of technical training experience
- Experience in instructional design and incorporating educational technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel in the operating area (PA, OH, WV) up to 20% of the time
