Job Summary
Supporting the VHA CCPI Data Analytics and Support Services, the fully remote Senior Technical Writer/Editor will write, edit, and proofread a variety of technical and business materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and proofread diverse materials including reports, training documents, and user manuals
- Gather and analyze technical information to prepare user manuals and related documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation meets quality and accuracy standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Eight years of professional experience in technical writing or related fields
- Strong experience with technical writing tools and documentation processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information for varied audiences
- Experience with medical and healthcare terminology
