Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Technical Writer, this role will develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage documentation processes to support user success and product understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including API docs and developer guides
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
• Conduct research and testing to validate documentation content and improve processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing within a software development environment
• Proven expertise in software documentation, particularly with API documentation
• Proficiency with Command Line Interface (CLI) and experience with Git for version control
• Demonstrated ability to perform thorough research and synthesize complex technical information
• Experience or an interest in AI and its applications in documentation
