Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer for a full-time remote position, responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for data center operations, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and clarity.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, MOPs, and user manuals for data center operations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
- Manage documentation version control and maintain a centralized repository for all technical documents
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant technical experience
- 6-8 years of experience in critical environments, preferably in data centers or technical writing in IT
- Strong understanding of data center operations and infrastructure
- Proficiency in technical writing tools and software
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL and ISO 27001
