Senior Technology Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Customer Design & Technology Consultant will manage complex projects, develop presentations for leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical partners, prioritizing requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Translate customer needs into actionable designs and document operational processes for improvement
• Conduct technical product analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions for enhancing current technology

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in customer or operations technology
• Strong experience with databases, CRM systems, and technical product design
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking to large audiences
• Ability to manage relationships and balance system needs with organizational priorities
