Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight for technology operations, the full-time remote Senior Technology Manager will manage various technical functions, including software engineering and information security, while driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct technology functional planning to align with company strategies and ensure cohesive implementation across technical areas
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks while maintaining timelines and deliverables
• Lead team development through training and best practice identification to enhance technology functions and address issues proactively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience overseeing hiring, training, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of primary technology areas relevant to the role
• Experience managing multiple technology functions is preferred
• Ability to engage effectively in virtual environments, maintaining presence during meetings
