Senior Technology Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Technology Group, the full-time salaried Senior Technology Operations Manager will lead IT Finance, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Asset Management functions, ensuring effective management of technology investments and governance while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technology budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with Technology leadership
• Oversee the lifecycle of technology purchases, contracts, and vendor relationships to optimize performance and compliance
• Lead IT asset management processes, ensuring accurate records and compliance for software licenses and hardware assets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• Eight years of experience in technology operations, IT business management, or related disciplines
• Proven experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships
• Demonstrated supervisory experience, including performance management and team development
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting
