Senior Technology Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading bank technology projects from inception to implementation, the full-time Senior Technology Project Manager will manage project plans, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of core and digital banking solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of bank technology projects, including planning, execution, and post-launch reviews
- Define project scope and success criteria, manage change requests, and ensure stakeholder commitments are met
- Collaborate with vendors for implementations and upgrades while overseeing testing and go-live readiness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services technology
- Hands-on experience with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry (SilverLake) and MANTL
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, and system configurations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred
