Job Summary
Leading technology assessments and strategic roadmaps, the contracted Senior Technology Strategist will work remotely to guide clients in transforming their technology architecture and integration strategies, ensuring measurable outcomes through hands-on collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with executives, IT staff, and business teams
- Assess current systems, integrations, data flows, workflows, and project risks
- Develop technology roadmaps with priorities, sequencing, estimated timing, costs, and risks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or IT consulting
- Experience leading at least two technology assessments or strategic technology roadmaps for associations or nonprofit organizations
- Working knowledge of association business models, including membership and education
- Hands-on experience with association management systems (AMS) and learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience designing data integration and reporting approaches across cloud platforms
