Senior Technology Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of technology use within the firm, the full-time Senior Technology Trainer will provide professional training services to lawyers and staff through various methods, including in-person and remote sessions, while working in a hybrid environment based in Washington, D.C.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying training needs and creating classes to promote effective technology use among attorneys and business services team members
• Conducting training needs analysis and developing innovative programs to enhance individual and team performance
• Customizing training for new hires, technology rollouts, and ongoing education initiatives to meet specific needs

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of related job experience considered in lieu of a degree
• At least five years of experience in software training or equivalent
• A minimum of three years of experience in PC helpdesk/applications support
• Experience in the legal, professional services, or financial sector is preferred
• Knowledge of the workflow and practices of lawyers and employees related to technology training
