Job Summary
To support the implementation of UKG TeleStaff solutions, the contract Senior Telestaff Solution Consultant will architect application designs, mentor peers, and ensure quality delivery while working remotely and collaborating with clients and the leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Architect the design of the UKG TeleStaff application and ensure quality delivery
- Utilize the defined implementation process to meet milestones and collaborate with various teams
- Advise customers on system configuration, conduct business process analysis, and support application testing
Required qualifications
- Previous UKG TeleStaff experience required
- 3-10 years of experience implementing UKG TeleStaff Cloud or previous versions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Broad knowledge of scheduling, workforce management, HR/Payroll, or similar systems preferred
