Job Summary
Owning the HCM test basis, the full-time Senior Test Analyst - Oracle HCM will direct offshore resources, lead functional test execution, and validate payroll processes while working remotely with travel considerations.
Key Responsibilities
- Derive test conditions and scenarios from HCM enterprise structures and end-to-end employee lifecycle process flows
- Lead functional test execution, including system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
- Validate payroll processes and conduct parallel payroll runs, ensuring compliance with regulations and agreements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in QA/QE with 6+ years leading functional test delivery on Oracle HCM implementations
- Hands-on Oracle Cloud US Payroll testing experience, including involvement in a parallel payroll run
- Functional depth in Oracle Fusion HCM, including enterprise structures and approval workflows
- Experience with HCM data conversion validation and payroll balance reconciliation
- Proficient with enterprise test management tooling and handling sensitive HR data
