Senior Test Engineer with TS/SCI Clearance
Job Summary
To ensure quality and compliance during the modernization of a critical government information system, the full-time Senior Test Engineer with TS/SCI Clearance will develop comprehensive test plans, perform functional and regression testing of Java-based web applications, and validate compliance with federal cybersecurity and accessibility standards, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute functional and regression testing for Java-based web applications
- Validate compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements and government accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG)
- Collaborate with developers and document test results, defects, and quality metrics
Required qualifications:
- 18 years of experience in Software or Systems Engineering roles or a highly related field
- Extensive experience in functional and regression testing of UI web applications
- Strong UI testing expertise, including user interface validation and cross-browser compatibility
- Proficiency with defect tracking systems and experience writing SQL queries
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a TS/SCI government clearance, requiring US Citizenship
