Job Summary
To lead the test strategy for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, the full-time remote Senior Test & Evaluation Lead will manage test planning, verification processes, and defect triage while ensuring alignment with Government requirements and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and govern the software test and evaluation strategy, ensuring alignment with the Test and Evaluation Master Plan
- Coordinate test planning and execution, maintaining traceability and objective evidence across requirements and test cases
- Lead defect triage and provide evidence-based recommendations for release readiness to program and Government leadership
Required qualifications
- An active Secret clearance or higher
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience in software testing and evaluation
- Experience leading software test strategy and establishing requirements traceability
- CompTIA Security+ CE or another Government-approved certification satisfying IAT Level II qualifications
