Senior Test Lead - FACETS

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance activities for a large-scale healthcare payer platform engagement, the hybrid Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration will oversee testing processes, drive test strategy, and ensure high-quality software delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure applications meet business and quality standards
• Develop test strategies, review test scenarios and cases, and communicate test outcomes to stakeholders
• Provide guidance to the QA team, monitor testing progress, and deliver actionable insights through test metrics and governance reporting

Required qualifications

• Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst in enterprise application testing
• Hands-on experience with FACETS, preferably within healthcare payer environments
• Solid understanding of FACETS Configuration and related business processes
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience in test planning, strategy creation, and test case design and execution management
