Job Summary
Leading quality assurance activities for a large-scale healthcare payer platform engagement, the full-time Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration will oversee testing processes, develop test strategies, and communicate outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality standards are met
- Analyze requirements, develop test strategies, and review test scenarios and cases while providing guidance to the QA team
- Create status reports, governance documentation, and metrics to communicate testing progress and recommend improvements
Required qualifications
- Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst in enterprise application testing
- Hands-on experience with FACETS, particularly in healthcare payer environments
- Solid understanding of FACETS Configuration and related business processes
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience in test planning, strategy creation, and test case design and execution management
