Senior Test Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the data pipeline and ensuring the reliability of systems that carry test results, the full-time Senior Test Infrastructure & Reliability Engineer will develop observability tools and alerting mechanisms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the data pipeline connecting test stations to the central data platform, including measurement uploads and run creation
• Develop fleet-wide observability tools, including dashboards and metrics for monitoring system health
• Investigate and resolve reliability incidents using logs and data to identify root causes across distributed systems

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent qualifications)
• Proven experience in building and operating reliable distributed systems or data pipelines
• Strong proficiency in Python, particularly with async and multi-process architectures
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana and designing effective alert systems
• SQL proficiency for conducting ad hoc investigations against production data
