Senior Testing Engineer

Job Summary

To support federal government customers, the full-time remote Senior Testing Engineer will own testing and quality assurance for complex projects, ensuring high standards for quality, accessibility, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and integrating AI and automation into testing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for digital products and services, ensuring quality and compliance
• Proactively identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement in testing approaches and processes
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and communicate testing findings and recommendations effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, particularly with mobile applications
• Experience working with the federal government, with prior VA experience preferred
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automated testing practices
• Expertise in mobile accessibility standards and testing approaches
• Proven ability to independently own testing for complex projects with minimal guidance
