Senior Total Loss Adjuster

Job Summary

Experienced in total loss claims, the fully remote Senior Total Loss Adjuster will manage claims from valuation through settlement and salvage resolution while providing responsive service to insureds and third-party claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of total loss claims involving company-retained and owner-retained salvage vehicles
• Negotiate total loss settlements and communicate effectively with all parties involved
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and prepare necessary documentation accurately and on time

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of total loss experience
• Demonstrated experience handling total loss claims from valuation through settlement
• Ability to interpret vehicle valuations and explain settlement calculations clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems
• Ability to work independently and manage claims with minimal supervision
