Senior Trademark Paralegal

Job Summary

Managing a diverse client portfolio, the full-time Senior Trademark Paralegal will conduct trademark clearance searches, provide USPTO prosecution support, and assist with litigation matters in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive trademark clearance searches and prepare professional search reports
• Draft responses to USPTO Office Actions and prepare trademark applications and maintenance filings
• Assist with TTAB proceedings and manage active trademark portfolios for multiple clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of trademark paralegal experience in a law firm or IP services environment
• Hands-on experience drafting Office Action responses and conducting trademark clearance searches
• Familiarity with USPTO procedures, TMEP guidelines, and TTAB rules
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clearly and concisely
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client matters simultaneously
