Senior Trainer for Continuous Education

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives, the remote full-time Senior Trainer for Continuous Education will analyze training effectiveness, develop learning dashboards, and drive standardization across Global Project Management training programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures aligned to organizational goals
• Lead corrective and preventive actions related to training effectiveness and competency development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 or more years of successful Labcorp CLS functional team experience
• 3 or more years of experience supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development initiatives
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification
• Experience managing learning management systems (LMS)
