Senior Training Developer
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of a comprehensive training program, the full-time Senior Training Developer will create role-based training modules and facilitate virtual sessions to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' transition to ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, all while working remotely within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop tailored training modules and interactive learning assets for diverse VA user groups
- Plan and facilitate live virtual office hours to engage users and provide direct support
- Coordinate change management initiatives and build relationships with stakeholders to drive training adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for complex IT systems or federal technology implementations
- Proficiency in developing multi-modal training content, including videos, job aids, and SOPs
- Prior experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise software platforms
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading virtual training sessions for large audiences
