Senior Training Performance Partner
Job Summary
Supporting training and performance improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Training Performance Partner will translate operational and regulatory needs into actionable learning solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business, technology, and workforce needs into actionable training and readiness plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Design, develop, and deliver blended learning materials, job aids, and assessments using adult learning principles
- Facilitate training sessions and apply feedback to continuously improve training solutions and support readiness for technology changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in training, performance consulting, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Broker-Dealer and/or RIA operations
- Strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, and project management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning technologies
