Senior Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance employee performance and operational excellence, the remote Senior Training Specialist will develop and deliver impactful training programs for Client and Provider Support, utilizing various instructional design methods and data-driven evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training programs, including onboarding and ongoing upskilling for Client and Provider Support
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, ensuring engaging learning experiences that align with business outcomes
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance data to continuously improve programs and address skill gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Learning & Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development
• Experience designing and delivering training for adult learners, including eLearning and instructor-led formats
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
• Data-driven approach to evaluating training effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities
