Senior Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of properties, the full-time Senior Transaction Manager will prepare and execute complex transaction strategies, develop real estate plans aligned with client goals, and coordinate negotiations for high-profile clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
• Negotiate leases and sales while acting as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent
• Track transaction activity and prepare relevant financial documents and forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Innovative mindset to develop methods that exceed existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and highly sophisticated math skills
• Ability to solve unique problems with standard and innovative solutions
