Senior Transaction Manager
Job Summary
To support a premier commercial client with an industrial portfolio, the full-time Senior Transaction Manager will manage real estate transaction activities, including new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions, while working remotely in the East Coast time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisition and disposition
- Collaborate with local brokerage teams to negotiate deals and review business terms for commercial real estate products
- Track transaction activity and prepare forecasts, commissions, and accounts while contributing to new operational plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Experience with North American and LATAM transactions is highly preferred
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and solve unique problems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations
