Senior Transaction Manager

Job Summary

To manage a LATAM portfolio, the full-time Senior Transaction Manager will oversee real estate transaction activities such as leases, renewals, and acquisitions for a premier commercial client, working remotely from the East Coast or Central time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Collaborate with local brokerage teams to negotiate optimal deal terms
• Track transaction activity and prepare necessary documentation, including forecasts and commissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in North American and LATAM transactions highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations and problem-solving
• Residency in the EST or CST time zone is highly preferred
