Job Summary
To shape enterprise workflow direction, the full-time Senior Transformation Architect will develop future-state operating models, lead current-state assessments, and mentor Transformation Architects while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop future-state operating model concepts, workflow architecture frameworks, and enterprise recommendations
- Lead current-state assessments, maturity evaluations, and opportunity identification for workflow transformation
- Shape multi-year roadmap recommendations and lead cross-functional solutioning with various partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8-12 years of experience in business transformation, operating model design, or enterprise modernization
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from assessment to implementation strategy
- Ability to develop operating models, capability maps, and transformation roadmaps
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
