Job Summary
Supporting client transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Transformation Consultant will collaborate with Principal Transformation Consultants and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution, contribute to high-quality deliverables, and guide organizations through business and IT transformation journeys in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Co-develop transformation offerings and translate business and IT requirements into project scopes
- Support clients in their change journey by preparing communication materials, workshops, and training sessions
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and smooth execution of transformation projects
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience, ideally with exposure to business or IT transformation topics
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and contributing to account growth
- Strong interest in change management, communication, and user adoption
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar technologies
