Senior Trustee Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Business Development team, the full-time Senior Trustee Consultant will manage trustee case consultations, enhance client relationships, and oversee project management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead consultant for trustee and settlement services, analyzing legal documents and preparing cases for acceptance reviews
• Manage client experiences for complex trustee cases, addressing needs and resolving issues while maintaining effective communication with advisors and partners
• Oversee the new business opportunity pipeline and participate in special projects to foster collaboration and best practices within the team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five years of experience in trustee services, preferably with a broker-dealer or traditional bank/trust company
• Experience working with high net worth clients
• Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
