Senior UI Developer
Job Summary
Hands-on and innovative, the full-time Senior UI Developer will lead user-centered design and frontend development for AI products, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead user-centered discovery and define user needs, workflows, and measurable outcomes in collaboration with product and UX partners
- Translate user research and UX designs into responsive UI frontend architecture using JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks like React or Next.js
- Establish governance and testing protocols while mentoring engineers and improving frontend delivery practices
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree with relevant experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of UX design and UI delivery for production web applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with experience in responsive, accessible interfaces
- Full-stack experience with APIs, integrations, and production support
- Experience with AI-enabled product experiences and cloud technologies
