Senior UI/UX Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow UI/UX Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements while illustrating design ideas using storyboards and process flows
- Design graphic user interface elements and collaborate with development teams to execute project roadmaps
- Conduct user research to identify customer needs and create solutions within the ServiceNow framework
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in UI design with expertise in various design tools
- 5-7 years of experience in user research methodologies
- 5-7 years of experience in information architecture
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Certifications in UI/UX design tools are required
