Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of a product area, the remote, contracted-to-full-time Senior UI/UX Designer will rapidly create clickable prototypes, conduct research and usability testing, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align design with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end design process for a product area, partnering with product and engineering teams
• Quickly transform ideas into clickable prototypes to facilitate decision-making
• Conduct research and usability testing, presenting findings to stakeholders for informed decisions

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped products
• Demonstrated experience using AI in design work with relevant examples
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with AI design and prototyping tools
• Strong visual and interaction design skills and the ability to manage a design system
• Clear communication skills in English, capable of articulating design decisions to non-designers
