Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of a product area, the contracted-to-full-time Senior UI/UX Designer will work remotely, partnering with product and engineering teams to create clickable prototypes, conduct research and usability testing, and maintain a cohesive design system while integrating AI tools into the design process.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the design of a product area end to end, collaborating with product and engineering teams on goals and constraints
• Quickly transform ideas into clickable prototypes to facilitate decision-making
• Conduct research and usability testing, presenting findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped products
• Demonstrated experience using AI in design work with tangible examples
• Fluency in current AI design, prototyping, and coding tools such as Figma
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with the ability to manage a design system
• Clear communication skills in English, capable of defending design decisions to non-designers
