Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
Owning the design of a product area end to end, the contracted-to-full-time Senior UI/UX Designer will rapidly create clickable prototypes, conduct research and usability testing, and collaborate with product and engineering teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the design of a product area, partnering with product and engineering on roadmap goals and constraints
- Quickly develop ideas into clickable prototypes to drive decision-making
- Conduct research and usability testing, presenting findings to stakeholders for informed decisions
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped products
- Demonstrated use of AI in design work with tangible examples
- Fluency with current AI design, prototyping, and coding tools such as Figma
- Strong visual and interaction craft, with the ability to manage a design system
- Clear communication skills in English, capable of defending design decisions to non-designers
