Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
Owning the design of a product area in a remote, contracted-to-full-time capacity, the Senior UI/UX Designer will partner with product and engineering teams to create prototypes, conduct research, and iterate on designs while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the design of a product area end to end, collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Quickly transform ideas into clickable prototypes to drive decision-making
- Conduct research and usability testing, presenting findings to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped products
- Demonstrated use of AI in design work with relevant examples
- Fluency with AI design, prototyping, and coding tools such as Figma
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with the ability to manage a design system
- Clear communication skills in English, capable of defending design decisions to non-designers
