Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UKG Scheduling Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end implementation of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Clinical Scheduling Extensions across various departments
Design and configure scheduling rules, patterns, and workflows to optimize staffing and compliance
Serve as Tier 2/3 support for complex scheduling issues and partner with operational leaders to address real-time challenges

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Nursing Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM Advanced Scheduling
Direct experience with UKG Clinical Scheduling Extensions and/or EZCall in a healthcare environment
Experience supporting unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements
Prior experience with system implementations in large healthcare settings
