Senior Underwriter - Cyber Insurance
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Underwriter - Cyber Insurance will underwrite complex Cyber, Tech E&O, and Media accounts, manage broker relationships, mentor junior underwriters, and collaborate with colleagues in the Southeast U.S., specifically in the Atlanta area.
Key responsibilities
- Meet profitability, retention, and written premium goals for assigned accounts
- Exercise independent underwriting judgment and maintain proper documentation
- Mentor junior underwriters and collaborate to achieve organizational goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 5+ years of insurance underwriting experience focused on Cyber, Tech E&O, or Media
- Advanced knowledge of Cyber insurance
- Established network of broker and client contacts in the Southeast/Atlanta Metro area
- Proven leadership experience in developing team members and driving results
