Job Summary
Experienced professionals will find a full-time Senior Underwriter, Pharmacy Benefits opportunity focused on leading financial underwriting for complex new-business RFPs, renewals, and market checks, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop pricing and underwriting strategies for complex RFPs and renewals
- Design and reconcile client economics, including guarantees and performance metrics
- Manage multiple concurrent underwriting opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy-benefit or healthcare financial underwriting
- Hands-on experience with PBM claims and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience with guarantee design and client P&L decisions
- Proven ability to lead complex RFP and pricing work with strong accuracy
