Senior Unified Communications Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development and management of Unified Communications platforms, the full-time Senior Unified Communications Engineer will lead infrastructure deployments, provide operational support, and ensure system performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate new Voice, Chat, SMS, and Video infrastructure and application deployments
- Provide high-level operational support and manage escalations to ensure resolution of reported incidents
- Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance to maintain uninterrupted operation of systems and applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience as a UC Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with the Genesys framework and PureCloud solutions
- Experience supporting large-scale UC implementations and upgrades
- Hands-on experience in UC implementation, administration, maintenance, and optimization
- Fully understand UC fundamentals and advanced features
