Senior User Experience Designer
Job Summary
Leading end-to-end design initiatives, the full-time Senior User Experience Designer will drive customer journey enhancements from shopping to checkout while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization, designing intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with customer needs and business objectives
- Contribute to product vision and strategy by using data to inform design decisions and improve customer satisfaction and engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products and experiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and shipped products
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and experience with user research and usability testing
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI-powered design tools
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
