Job Summary
Leading end-to-end design initiatives, the full-time Senior User Experience Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive customer journeys and enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Drive UX initiatives from discovery through launch, designing customer journeys, workflows, and prototypes
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with customer needs and business objectives
- Contribute to product strategy by using data to inform design decisions and improve customer satisfaction and engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products and experiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and shipped products
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and experience conducting user research
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
