Job Summary
To enhance user experiences, the full-time Senior User Experience Designer will collaborate with strategists, designers, and researchers to craft end-to-end solutions while providing mentorship and aligning resources with organizational needs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and craft user experiences
- Lead interviews and coach junior UX resources for career development
- Drive alignment of UX practices across products and ensure delivery of design artifacts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Advanced Architectural Design, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience
- Experience in customer-facing design roles within architectural, retail, or related fields
- Proficiency in creating design assets, layout systems, and responsive designs using design software
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly interface solutions
- Experience in conducting user research and developing high-fidelity prototypes or 3D models
