Senior User Experience Lead
Job Summary
To support a collaborative User Experience team, the temporary Senior User Experience Lead will work remotely for 3 to 6 months, leading user-centered design initiatives and partnering with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to user-centered design and design-thinking initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle
- Envision and design digital experiences using research, wireframes, and usability studies to validate concepts
- Partner with Solution Architects, Application Developers, and Product Managers to apply UX standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of user interface, user experience, and interaction design experience
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience
- Minimum 9 years of experience in UX/UX Design and working with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular
