Senior User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

To enhance the usability and accessibility of research platforms, the full-time Senior User Experience Researcher will autonomously manage end-to-end research processes, translating findings into actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote U.S.-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the planning, design, and execution of qualitative and quantitative user research throughout the product lifecycle
• Translate complex research findings into clear insights and recommendations to influence product strategy
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies while advocating for user-centered design principles

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• Strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• Diverse portfolio demonstrating impact across complex problem spaces
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
