Senior User Interface Designer
Job Summary
Owning and evolving the enterprise Design System, the full-time Senior User Interface Designer will create polished interfaces for new screens and workflows, ensuring consistency and accessibility while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and govern the enterprise Design System, including libraries, components, and documentation
- Design responsive screens and workflows, translating user and business needs into efficient interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation fidelity and adherence to design standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience
- Five or more years of professional UI, UX, or visual design experience, with a focus on Design Systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including libraries and prototyping
- Strong understanding of design-token architecture and accessible interaction patterns
- Experience with enterprise software or regulated industries preferred
